Services
Opryx provides cloud-based software designed to assist organizations with property maintenance operations, vendor coordination, workflow automation, and related services.
Features may change over time as our platform evolves.
Accounts
Users are responsible for:
- Maintaining account security
- Protecting authentication credentials
- Promptly reporting unauthorized access
- Ensuring information remains accurate
Opryx may suspend accounts that violate these Terms or threaten platform security.
Acceptable Use
Users agree not to:
- Violate applicable laws
- Attempt unauthorized access
- Interfere with platform availability
- Upload malicious software
- Abuse messaging systems
- Reverse engineer the platform except where permitted by law
Communications
By creating or using an account, or by requesting platform services, you consent to receive transactional communications necessary to provide those services, including account authentication, maintenance notifications, work order updates, security notifications, and other operational communications.
These communications may include:
- SMS
- In-application notifications
SMS Communications
Opryx uses SMS solely to deliver transactional communications related to your use of the platform and your relationship with the property management organization using Opryx.
Transactional SMS messages may include:
- One-time authentication and sign-in links
- Password reset requests
- Maintenance request confirmations
- Work order status updates
- Appointment scheduling notifications
- Other operational account notifications
Opryx does not use SMS to send marketing, advertising, promotional offers, affiliate marketing, or lead generation messages.
Message frequency varies based on your activity and requests. Message and data rates may apply.
You may reply STOP at any time to stop receiving SMS messages or HELP for assistance.
Consent to receive transactional SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service.
Mobile Information
Mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in information, and SMS consent records are used solely to provide requested transactional communications. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Intellectual Property
All software, designs, trademarks, documentation, logos, and related materials remain the property of Opryx LLC.
No ownership rights are transferred through use of the platform.
Customer Data
Customers retain ownership of their business data.
Opryx receives a limited license to process customer data solely for providing contracted services.
Availability
While we strive for high availability, uninterrupted service cannot be guaranteed. Scheduled maintenance and unforeseen outages may occur.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Opryx shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from use of the platform.
Disclaimer
Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind except where required by law.
Termination
Either party may terminate service in accordance with applicable agreements.
Opryx reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State in which Opryx LLC is organized, without regard to conflict of law principles.
