Integrations and onboarding

Bring your operation. Keep your systems.

Dispatch is designed to improve maintenance operations without forcing you to replace the systems that already run your business. Connect enterprise identity, import the data Dispatch needs, and keep accounting and broader property management where they belong.

Enterprise identity

Authentication and access lifecycle stay under your control: sign-in runs through your identity provider, and configuration is self-service in the application after deployment, so you don't have to pick a provider before onboarding.

  • Microsoft Entra ID

Live-validated with OpenID Connect single sign-on and SCIM provisioning.

  • Okta

Live-validated with OpenID Connect single sign-on and SCIM provisioning.

  • Google Workspace

Live-validated with SAML single sign-on, including group mapping.

  • SAML

Standards-based support for SAML identity providers beyond the ones we've validated by name.

  • OpenID Connect

Standards-based support for OIDC identity providers, configured self-service after deployment.

  • SCIM 2.0 provisioning

User lifecycle (create, update, deactivate) and group sync, with group-to-role mapping in the application.

Guided data imports

Structured CSV imports move your operation into Dispatch with column mapping and a dry-run preview, so nothing is created until you've seen and approved it.

What you can import

  • Properties
  • Units
  • Tenants
  • Leases
  • Vendors
  • Historical work orders
  1. 1

    Export

Export the data from your existing system. Most platforms produce CSV exports out of the box.

  2. 2

    Upload

Upload the CSV to Dispatch's guided importer.

  3. 3

    Map columns

Map your source columns to Opryx fields. The importer walks you through it.

  4. 4

    Dry-run validation

Run a dry-run validation to see exactly what would be created, changed, or rejected.

  5. 5

    Review

Review errors and proposed changes before anything is written.

  6. 6

    Commit

Commit the import once it looks right. Nothing lands without your explicit approval.

Available today

Built-in scheduling and secure access

  • Calendar-aware scheduling

Technician availability (weekly hours plus booked work) is managed inside Opryx and drives the real appointment slots tenants see at intake. No external calendar product is required.

  • Secure participant access

Tenants and other approved participants use secure browser or email links for the actions they need, with nothing to install. Outside vendors can still participate without maintaining a full account.

How Dispatch fits

Coordination in the middle. Your systems on both ends.

Dispatch coordinates maintenance. It doesn't try to replace your property-management or accounting suite.

  1. 1

    Your property-management system

Accounting, leasing, and your core system of record stay exactly where they are.

  2. 2

    Structured data import

Guided CSV imports bring properties, units, tenants, leases, vendors, and work-order history into Dispatch.

  3. 3

    Dispatch coordinates maintenance

Intake, triage, routing, scheduling, and follow-up run in one workflow.

  4. 4

    Internal teams and outside vendors

Crews and vendors work the jobs through managed calendars and secure links.

  5. 5

    Itemized cost export

Truck-stock and purchased parts, receipts, labor, and vendor final costs per job, organized and exportable as CSV.

  6. 6

    Your existing accounting process

Billing and invoicing stay in the accounting or property-management system you already use.

Integration priorities are driven by what prospects and customers actually need. The more specific you are, the better we can tell you where it stands.

Helpful details to include

  • Your current property-management system
  • Approximate unit count
  • The data you need exchanged
  • Whether you need import-only, export-only, or ongoing synchronization

Watch a request move from intake through triage, routing, scheduling, and follow-up, all on an operation shaped like yours.
